A simpler publishing system

One Markdown file per project, two archive views, and a static build for GitHub Pages.

The decision

The portfolio now uses a file-based publishing workflow. Notion can continue to hold tasks and working notes; the public project story lives in this repository.

One source, several views

The metadata at the top of each project file supplies its photo, summary, skills, outcome, and external links. That same record powers the gallery card, timeline entry, and full project page.

Adding more detail

A project can begin as a short entry. Longer technical sections, galleries, and dated notes can be added when there is something useful to share.

Publishing

GitHub Actions builds a static export and deploys it to GitHub Pages after changes reach the default branch. Pull requests run the same validation and build without publishing.
